I visited a Red Lobster last Friday. These, and similar restaurants, have always been wall-to-wall carpet. They've since replaced the heavy traffic lanes with tough as nail tile planks and dining areas are now a multi colored commercial. The similar took place at a major hotel/casino near me as well. 

What are you seeing in your area? Are you adding/adjusting services as a result?
Ive noticed it as well Honestly I think there isnt much we can do to offer an edge for these establishments. Pretty hard to compete when a mop cleans this plank flooring. Maybe Im looking at it all wrong
