Hello old friends
#1
Hi Gang, I wanted to share an experience that happened to me recently.

About two years ago I gave a bid to a dentist to clean his office. The total was $300.00. He never called back.

Last week, he called and explained he had been through some tough times and came through and was wondering if I could come and bid his office again.

I clearly recalled the office and told him the bid would be the same. He then asked if I could clean a LR at his home. He lived 100 yards away. I told him I would do that area at no additional charge. As a gift for calling me 2 years after the bid.

Long story short: I did the job Saturday.

It came time to collect and he said "So, the total is $400.00, correct?"
'No' I said, it is only $300.

He wrote the check for $350.00 and said 'We will split the difference.'

This experience was at the end of a very difficult week. I had to put my dog down on the Monday, people everywhere were being typical people.... and then, Saturday, this guy gives me a $50 tip.
The point is, whatever you put out, you get back.

Always.

He was an awesome dog.

I now have a new puppy. I had rather be around a dog than a human any day.

dogs wont lie to you, steal from you, screw your wife nor laugh at you when you get to drunk....

dogs love because they want to and all they want is to be loved.

most people could learn a lot from a dog

Very sorry to hear about your dog Phil and I agree completely with your post. Dogs are awesome creatures and I have learned a lot from them... I love my two pissy Chihuahuas and dread the day we have to put one down.

Dude, sorry to hear about your dog....

But....a dog won't do those things...But a puppy will!!

I could never leave my socks on the floor or the puppy would steel them
He had a guilty look...But he totally lied to me.
Always wants to play even if I had a hangover.

And my wife's leg was wet more than once. Yikes

Good to hear from you bro. Wink
