I used a mix of three products, the main product was a colloidal organic cleaner, and a product from Magic Wand Company called surfactant which is a food grade product and an organic citrus solvent.

I pre sprayed the carpet and scrubed with the trinity op with a vct pad and extracted with a steamin demon.

opted to replace with tile but will call on upholstery cleaning....just got a job for a vacant store on main street 1500' Yikes told him 60-70% btr
